The Competencies associated with this assignment is Creativity and Innovation emphasis on innovation. I created a new way to do an assignment and it turned out amazing. i did this last year for a similar project and improved and added more this time around. 

Bucket List

For This competency I picked personal growth. as this assignment is a list of my goals and aspirations in life. i hope and work to achieve these goals everyday doing each required step carefully and diligently.

Participation Skills

For This competency I picked Physical Development. I mountain bike with my dog as a team. we go on a 3-7 mile trail during the spring summer and fall. I have learned to love and appreciate my body and its power to do fun things such as mountain biking.
